St. James Bible Fellowship is a Christian Centered Church made up of worshippers from all denominational upbringings & backgrounds. Birthed in January 1989 as St. James Missionary Baptist Church by our foundering Pastor Reverend James E. Turner, we have become a pillar and a beaconing light of HOPE in the North City area of St. Louis.
9:30am SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP
Our Sunday begins with Our Morning Glory Family Prayer 9:10am & then "Call To Worship" @ 9:30am takes off with no preliminaries (offerings announcements etc), just some good ole Church.
We've moved all our church announcements, offerings, acknowledgements etc. to the very end of service. No up's & down's here, just FLAT FOOT CHURCH !!! Come see for yourself. Meet us at 9:10am for Morning Glory Prayer.
SUNDAY BIBLE CLASS
begins 15 minutes after service
Beginning in 2005 we moved our Sunday School Session from BEFORE service to AFTER service.

Class starts 15 after church & lasts 45 minutes.
Minister Olivia Evans & Sis. Doris Lacy have a passion for teaching God's word. We welcome you to come for Church & stay for Bible Class !!!
Wednesday's Bible Classes 12Noon & 6:30pm
Looking for a small bible class group setting where together we'll search God's Word for all its worth, discussing those difficult biblical questions & finding the answers? Then you're welcome to come join us for "Work The Word On Wednesdy's" Bible Class.
Senior Pastor & Teacher serves as our Class instructor & he has a way of making the lesson revelant, practical, comical & alive!!! Most classes do offer a delicious complimentary meal for you to enjoy while also being fed Spiritually. Look to see you soon, & bring a friend too.
